Our yoga center invites you to join a journey of transformation through five days a week of online yoga and meditation sessions, guided by the gentle expertise of Santhi Prasad.

Following the wisdom of Patanjali, who emphasized abhyasa a steady, consistent practice—as essential for inner mastery, our sessions offer a space to cultivate calm and focus. Patanjali taught that true growth in yoga comes from a dedicated, daily effort combined with a spirit of detachment, allowing us to deepen our practice without fixation on immediate results.

Each session with Santhi Prasad provides a nurturing environment, welcoming practitioners of all levels to explore yoga and meditation at their own pace. Join us five days a week to establish a rhythm of mindful practice that brings balance, peace, and resilience into your life.
